PostcodePilot calculates delivery prices and availability from merchant-defined UK postcode rules in its supported Shopify configuration. Carrier-calculated shipping and the documented plan, currency, shipping-profile and origin restrictions apply. It does not verify that an address exists, arrange delivery or guarantee a carrier’s service. Shopify may cache quotes. Review and test actual checkout after publishing or changing shipping settings; the storefront checker is guidance, not an independent fulfilment promise.

CheckoutPilot helps prepare, simulate and, where supported and enabled, apply payment-method and cart-validation rules, with optional storefront cart offers. It works with existing payment methods; it is not a payment provider and does not collect deposits, settle payments or collect card credentials. Shopify plan, region, wallets and checkout configuration affect support. A simulator is not evidence of live enforcement. Strict cash/card enforcement remains restricted pending compatibility verification; development access is not a promise of universal support. Saving and releasing are separate actions. Cancellation or billing interruption does not necessarily remove existing checkout restrictions: follow the reviewed pause/removal workflow and verify checkout.
RotaPilot

RotaPilot provides scheduling, staff access, availability and leave requests, shift swaps, online attendance, corrections and reviewed timesheet exports. The merchant remains the employer and makes employment, pay and leave decisions. RotaPilot is not payroll, employment-law advice, certification of working-time compliance or proof of a person’s physical presence. Check timezones, published shifts and recorded hours. Preserve required employment records before deletion. Do not enter diagnoses, special-category information or unnecessary sensitive details in notes. Staff permissions and invitation/recovery controls remain the merchant’s responsibility.
StockroomPilot

StockroomPilot provides inventory monitoring, alerts, replenishment forecasts, supplier/purchasing records, counts and the operations included in the selected plan. Forecasts depend on available history and settings and do not guarantee demand. Native bundle/import boundaries are documented; third-party recipes are not reconstructed when Shopify does not supply them. Saving a count or document does not itself post stock. Stock changes and supplier messages have separate review/confirmation steps. Check quantities, currency, tax, destination and recipient before confirming. Purchasing/payment-reference records do not transfer money or constitute accounting certification. Already delivered messages cannot be recalled. Reconcile uncertain stock operations before retrying. Optional integrations require the merchant’s authority and supported configuration.
