Infrastructure and operational email
OVHcloud supplies the existing app hosting, recovery infrastructure and support/operational email services. This is infrastructure processing on our instructions. Data may include the app-specific information described in each privacy notice and messages submitted for delivery. The precise contracting entity and service locations depend on the subscribed OVH services; contact support@studio8022.com for the applicable record and safeguards. We do not claim a particular region solely from a provider’s brand or a server IP address.
OVHcloud’s published contracts and data-processing documents describe its general framework; they are not by themselves evidence of which documents govern our account.
Shopify
Shopify provides the merchant’s commerce platform, authentication, app billing and relevant API/checkout facilities under its own merchant relationship. Our notices separately explain information supplied to each app. See Shopify’s privacy information.
Optional StockroomPilot destinations
Slack is used only when the merchant connects its own workspace and channel and approves posting. It does not connect a merchant to Studio8022’s channel or read conversations. Merchant-selected recipients and API tools receive only the authorised data. The merchant controls those destinations and must have authority to disclose it. Messages already received may remain under the recipient’s retention settings. See Slack’s privacy information.
Changes and transfers
Subprocessor appointment, advance notice, objections and international-transfer obligations are governed by the applicable app’s data-processing agreement. Ask support@studio8022.com for the current account-specific provider record and relevant safeguards. No provider link is a claim of certification, merchant acceptance or a completed transfer assessment.
