Service and responsibilities
Updated 7 October 2026. LocatorPilot helps merchants publish a searchable retailer directory. The merchant is responsible for accurate addresses, hours, contact information and permission to publish it.
Directory categories do not establish live product availability. Distances are approximate, not route distances. Mapping and search depend on third-party services and may be interrupted. No sales outcome or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Pricing and cancellation
Subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify: Starter is US$9.99 per month for up to 100 active locations; Growth is US$19.99 per month for up to 500. A 14-day trial is subject to Shopify eligibility. Both plans include up to 100 Great Britain postcode/place lookups per shop per UTC day, subject to provider availability and a shared service safeguard of 2,000 daily lookups. There are no automatic lookup overage charges. Maps, directory text search, browser geolocation and manual coordinates do not require a paid API key. The public demo is fictional and does not create charges. Change plans through Shopify or uninstall to cancel.
Permitted use
Do not upload unlawful content, confidential personal information or executable markup. Uninstall removes access and directory content under the privacy policy. Contact support@studio8022.com for support.
