RotaPilot is a staff scheduling and attendance app for Shopify retailers. Plan shifts, manage time-off requests and review working hours before exporting. Employees use a separate, phone-friendly staff portal; managers work in Shopify Admin.

Staff sign in with their email and password, see and acknowledge shifts, and request time off or shift swaps. Requests follow the approval workflow; employees do not need Shopify accounts.
Hours you can check.
Online clocking, recorded breaks, attendance-correction requests and manager-reviewed timesheets before CSV export. Original attendance records remain in the audit history.

Compatibility & scope
Owners and approved managers use Shopify Admin; staff use the separate web portal. Starter covers 15 unarchived staff and one active location. Location timezones account for daylight-saving changes. Internet access is required for clocking. No POS, kiosk, offline clocking, payroll processing, paid-leave balance calculation or employment-law advice.
Availability
Not yet listed on the Shopify App Store. Existing installed stores and invited staff can use their normal sign-in routes. Subscriptions are approved through Shopify, not this website; signing in does not start a subscription. Starter is US$14.99/month, with a seven-day trial for eligible subscriptions.

Will each employee need a Shopify staff account?
No. Managers invite staff by email. Employees accept their invitation, set their password, and return to the same RotaPilot staff sign-in page. Owners and approved managers use the app inside Shopify Admin.
Do staff need to remember the shop’s address?
No. Staff sign in with email and password. If those credentials match more than one workplace, they choose their workplace after signing in. Each workplace’s records stay separate.
Is POS or payroll included?
No. RotaPilot handles scheduling and online attendance, with reviewed timesheet exports. It does not connect to POS or calculate payroll.
